Easy to Read!: Illinois State Map

Didn’t realize there was a (updated) laminated version available for $2 more. This version is huge and not easy to refer to while in a vehicle. Laminated version is easier to open and zero in on where you’re looking.No, I’m not using instead of GPS, I want to be able to widen my view on a map to see what’s coming up, etc.I don’t find that easy to do on my phone…just saying. Might just be my age, but I need more visuals…:)

It's perfect for planning trips from home where you can unfold these maps to it's large size. It can be problematic while the navigator next to me in the front seat is using it on the road. A little less of a problem when driving with the motorhome but kind of a pain in our Subaru. Otherwise it would deserve a "5 Star"

I purchased this for my 75 year old father, who does not use smartphones. He needed a simple road map. No stores had paper maps anywhere, not even at the local trucker's stops. This map is exactly what Dad needed.

This map was very helpful and EASY TO READ! It showed rest stops and toll roads. Easy to find roads off the highway.

I’ve been a fan of Rand McNally‘s work for many years. Sadly this map was not only hard to read as a result of an imbalance of visual elements, but just plain ugly. Not a beautiful map by any stretch. Ugh.Back to the drawing board with you, Rand McNally.

My friend forced me into her weird crafting scheme by begging me to purchase like, 4 of these maps at once. They’re maps. She cuts them up and makes ornaments from them. They work fabulously for that, but I’m sure they’ll probably tell you where you’re going, too.

Best road map available. Easy to read. Can see exactly where you are and what is ahead. Take on long trips in case GPS goes on the blink!

All these maps arrived on time and are exactly what we needed.

Plenty of detail, especially compared to the 'blue' versions

Going on holiday to see friends in Illinois and then doing road trip. Map very useful and easy to read. Great.
