I have been looking for this rack for a couple years now.I had one exactly like it that has been missing from my kitchen.It's the perfect rack to go under your turkey or turkey breast in agood size roasting pan. The way it's designed that it flares up slightly on the sidesand is not just a flat rack, is what makes it the perfect rack for roasting a turkey.

This small rack is a perfect fit for a small pan we purchased at the same time. We use the two together quite a bit for roast beef, roast pork, etc... The pan we purchased is one of Wilton's 11x7 Biscuit Brownie Pan - [ASIN:B000FCD0NM Wilton Recipe Right 11 Inch x 7 Inch Biscuit Brownie Pan]. We had a similar pan and rack that were quite old and were hard to find in stores. Great fit - great price!

I wanted a smaller rack for a 9 x 13 pan, for roasting a chicken, small beef roast or pork loin; this one is great, fits a 9 x 13 perfectly, is study, curves upwards slightly from the center to each side, good for cradling the chicken, easy to clean. Price was right; I'm one happy chef. Isn't it nice when the small things work out well.

I bought two of these. I sprayed them with oil before cooking and they cleaned up easily enough. They are a little flimsy but they'll last a while as I don't use them often. For the price this is a good value. I'm not disappointed.

Great little roasting rack for a single chicken , a few cornish hens, or a medium rack of lamb. Used it for more than a year now and it is still holding up well.
