This hat came in very smushed. Considering the price tag it should be shipped better but I was aware of the issue from reading the reviews. I bought a large and it is a little snug but I have a big head with a lot of hair so I'm going to have to possibly pin it in place. Hat is beautiful and elegant. Perfect for our high tea day. Very pleased with the purchase

I loved my hat and it was perfect for my tea party event to welcome my princess. It shipped fast and complimented my outfit. It was lightweight, great material, and shielded the sun. I would recommend the seller and the product.

Beautiful hat and great price! Very shimmery! Nice and large but not overbearing. I would have preferred to pay $5 more and receive in a hat box because it is shipped in an envelope type package so it is completely out of shape. Unfortunate so lost one star for that but otherwise I love it! Perfect for the tea I’m going to this weekend! Received within a week of ordering and I selected the free shipping!!

I purchased this hat to wear to a friend's 50th Birthday Garden Party. I was dismayed when it came in a padded envelope and was not reshaping well with many attempts to bend, coerce, smooth, etc. I had the brilliant idea to use my hairdryer to help with the creases and VOILA! Perfect hat! Be careful as the heat did melt the glue on the velcro but I just shmooshed it back together. I wish I would have bought a second hat for the hostess!

The hat is cute. It’s large as described for the Kentucky Derby style party. But it’s badly misshapen when arrived as it’s crushed (not packaged well). You’ll have to steam it or something and it was a pain to do.

I returned this hat right after purchasing. I have a steamer and steamed it out but it was still so floppy that the brim kept covering my face so that I could not see. It did arrive quickly and looked very nice. The brim is too large and doesn’t have the support to keep if from flopping down into your face

The color is not exactly like the picture. It has some violet streaks through the flowers, but very light, so that’s OK. It did arrive in a box, within a large plastic bag. It was scrunched up some, but not terribly. I carefully stuffed some plastic bags in the crown to bring back the shape, and I will later steam a couple of creases, which are not too bad. This hat comes with an adjustable elastic band - black, which is a bit out of place for such a light color, but that can be replaced easily. I have a lot of hair, but I still needed to use the elastic to bring it in to my size. I am really happy with this hat! I think I might buy a couple of other colors too! Great for spring or summer parties, or church, weddings, etc.

I opened the package early and come the day of the event. I forgot to attach the bow. Otherwise a lovely hat. Fit well, felt great and looked even better!

The beautiful picture of what seems like a lined sophisticated hat, at $30 was too good to be true & it was! What arrived is a huge hat fit made for a giant! It’s not lined & see through made from cheap under garnet raffia . The package it came in was covered in dust and just not anything I would even buy second hand for even $3, it’s going back!

To be honest when it came in the packaging wasn’t please at first but after it’s was magical.

There are not as many ruffles as advertised. The hat is not for a woman but for children as it is small. Again, not as described I picture. Returning item.
