I was really sad when Pür mints changed their formulation a couple years back. Those were absolutely the best mints, Xylitol or otherwise; bright, refreshing, great but not overpowering taste. The new Pür mints by comparison are vile and unpleasant. I tried a bunch of other Xylitol and non-Xylitol mints, and in the end, these Spry (NOT Spry Gems; those are even worse than the new Pür) mints win out. They're nearly as tasty, nearly as effective, and not absurdly priced given how many you get in a tin - although you do need to eat two or three at a time. And it's nice that they're Xylitol, given the potential benefits. I was surprised how bad so many other mints were. So while I know these are not the best that mints *can* be, they're the best currently available.

Xylitol is very good for the teeth. These are delicious! And, they do not spike blood glucose. We eat a carnivore diet and test our blood glucose and blood ketones from time to time. We do not have diabetes, but these are still very, very good and do not cause any issues. I believe they are also recommended for diabetics. No artificial anything in these. Xylitol is a natural sweetener made from birch trees. Lovely flavor!

I really like the peppermint. It helps to keep my dry mouth in check, especially in the evening.

I hesitate with this product because I have not been using long enough to fully see results. Taste is good.

I got these locally before but the store stopped carrying them and was happy to find them here. They’re not only a good mint but really do help with your teeth. For me they keep the tea stains from taking root, I drink a Lot of black tea.

Healthy, safe, dental health, can help with tooth decay and prevent plaque formation... and breath fresh scent... need I say more! 😍😃

Not sure about these. They are quite hard, not particularly minty and due to the carbnauba wax seem to leave a film on the teeth. You do get a lot of mints but as I want them for anti-plaque action I'm not convinced they will help due to the wax. I didn't realise they were made in China on purchase and took a long time to arrive so probably got shipped form therer too.

Brilliant if you suffer from dry mouth. I have been using these for several months for dry mouth. I mainly keep them by the bed to moisten mouth during the night. These work really well and as I only use at night they last . Wouldn’t be without them. I tried many different mints and gums before these and found the Spry to be the most effective. Use both mint and berry flavour it’s a matter of individual taste as both work really well. Highly recommend.
