My mother has been telling me to take lingzhi mushroom supplement, she swears by it and takes the pills daily. Matter of fact she sent me a bottle of the pills a few Christmas ago as my holiday gift. It’s has the right amount of sweetness and I love this taste. Secondly, for people like me who cannot commit to daily intake of supplements, this is a great way of getting the supplements we need in a healthy coffee form. Just keep in mind to not drink too much of it. I loved it so much I was drinking three cups a day and look my whole box is almost gone! I would recommend this and am going to buy a second box now!
