Are those brushes are replacable?

No...you use a new brush. You get a bag full and they are inexpensive. I have used the same one, twice.....I soaked in antibiotic mouthwash. (Dentist said OK). I only used it between two teeth in the upper back....not the whole mouth. (So just between the space between two, upper-back teeth.
