Update after 3 years: Just had a great customer service experience - the drain pop-up stopped working (a guest unscrewed it and I suspect lost a part), I messaged the seller and they immediately sent a new replacement drain pop-up! Very happy with that service. Other than that, the faucet is looking tarnished in its joints after 3 years (see final picture), which is a shame - this bathroom isn't used very often so I don't clean it very often, maybe this could be avoided with better cleaning. But it's still working great and I'm glad I bought it. Original review from 2021: This is perfect for our bathroom. It works well and was very easy to install, there were a couple of points we weren't sure about (like which way up to put one of the rubber o-rings) but the listing has install videos, which helped. As other reviews have said, the water flow is quite strong and loud, you only need to turn it on half-way otherwise it's too much. Only minor point is that there were a couple of small scuffs on the metal, probably where it's manufactured, which are not noticeable unless you're really picky like me. If I was in a store I would have looked for one without scuffs, but it doesn't bother me enough to send back. Overall it looks really great!

We have owned this faucet nearly 5 years. We are remodeling a different bathroom and came here to look at the brand because of how happy we are with it. It works perfectly, no signs of wear and tear and no leaks. This Pic was taken today and it still looks new.

This is a beautiful faucet. I had to by an additional part to make it fit my counter top since it was a thick live edge wood. The sellers had the part listed within the item description(ASIN: B08915MM4X) it fit great. We used this with a vessel sink and purposefully resticted the water flow from the valves to avoid splashing. My only complaint is within the first hours of install and testing to make sure everything was snug, a small bit of the black chipped and exposed brass. It's in a rarely used half bath so it seemed easier to live with than taking it apart to order a new one but I wouldn't order this for a high use bathroom. I assume it would chip off more with frequent use. Still beautiful and well functioning with zero leaks.

When I replaced my horrid old builder-grade bath vanity with an old dresser of mine, I wanted a simple bronze faucet with a singe handle tucked into the corner of the dresser with a copper bowl. The effect was to make it look less like a sink and more like a piece of furniture, since it's actually in the bedroom. I've been using this faucet for over a year, and I love it. It's unobtrusive but still elegant, and it would have been really easy to install- but the plumbing was in the center of the wall, not the corner where it needed to be. The water hose wasn't long enough, and the fittings are particular to this faucet, so we couldn't figure out how to connect a longer hose. We ended up rerouting the plumbing instead. Also, the included instructions were terrible! I really should take off a star for that, amd for the lack of simple, easily replaceable connectors- but I'm so dang thrilled with this faucet every time I see it that I won't.

Faucet installed fairly easy and works good. I have high pressure in my water lines and the faucet sprayed way to much or hard thus causing splash spray out of sink if I wasn't careful. I finally found another aerator to replace the one that came with it and now I really like this faucet. The aerator I used to replace was Danco, Inc. 10479 Faucet Aerator, Oil Rubbed. You can screw the old one off and screw this one in place if you need to decrease the water flow or want to decrease water usage.

These sinks made a huge difference in our bathroom remodel! They were pretty straightforward to install, just be mindful of making sure you have all the o rings and hardware around the hoses when you connect them or you'll have to take the hoses back off to get the rings on. Also MAKE SURE TO COMPARE GOLD COLORS if matching hardware. I needed to match the mirrors and it turned out well, but there was a bit of guesswork since picture aren't always easy to tell.

Works very well. Great value for the cost. I cannot speak on the installation because I had it professionally installed.

We installed this faucet at the end of last May. It had a solid black finish. Only 8 months of normal use and the finish is already flaking off!! (We use disinfecting wipes and dawn dish soap to clean it- nothing harsh or abrasive.) The faucet and drain function well and looked beautiful until the finish started to disintegrate. If you’re wanting a black faucet or drain I would recommend finding a different brand.
