Wonderful drum set. My daughter got ears out of it before she grew out of it. Resell value was wonderful as well. Will recommend.

I by no means can give a professional review on this drum set. But I can tell you this set really impressed me. My granddaughter will loose her mind when she gets this for Christmas. For a JR set without upgrades it really sounds good.

perfect for beginners but hard to assemble

This is a nice drum set for kids. The size is comfortable. It took almost 3 hours to build as someone who has never built a drum set in their life. I think this is a perfect drum set for someone who is beginning to learn how to play and want to get started, or wants something small for space reasons. It’s very sturdy and plays pretty nice. I like it and personally think it’s worth the price. The chair though is very small as it is for a toddler so I would suggest getting a more comfortable chair.

Came to write a review in case other parent have kids who like to take the seat apart. The top of the base is knife blade sharp. The bolt was missing from the beginning so the seat sits on loosely. It tipped off while 4 year old son was drumming and he slid down on the piece pictured. It sliced through his jeans and gave him a pretty intense gash. Thankfully, not quite stitch worthy. Not sure why the piece is shaved down to be so sharp but wanted to make sure parents use caution/check your piece to make sure it is more secure to avoid more serious injury. The drums are decent for a kid set. The top hat and cymbal came somewhat dented. The bass pedal didn't function and the snare busted fairly quickly because I've got a rough kid. It repaired with some creative flare with packing tape but was only a temporary hold. If you've got a kid who isn't trying to be as loud as possible, this may not be an issue for you. Haha Overall though, the set has held up decently for 2 years with 4 pretty rough, albeit musical kids.
