Because of that, I am never optimistic with other brands especially new ones, but willing to try, so when.. ***** I was given/offered this LEGION Whey+ - Best Whey Protein Powder for Weight Loss, All Natural Whey Protein Isolate, Lactose Free Whey Protein, Best Bodybuilding Whey Protein Powder Isolate - French Vanilla, 30 Svgs, 1.8 lbs as a promotion/discount in exchange for my HONEST and UNBIASED review, I agreed, but trust me I do NOT give good reviews & high ratings if the product is not deserving like many reviewers do just to continue to get free/discounted product!!!! ***** • So you want to know why Whey Protein more specifically, Whey Isolate is extremely important, should you be using it &/or is this a good product/Brand? Well let me break this down a bit in hopes I can teach you something you may not have known and help you with your buying decision. ————————————————————— Product Information: ————————————————————— • Whey Isolate - it's important to realize that not all forms of whey protein powder are created equally. Whey protein isolate is the most complete forms of protein because it contains the greatest protein concentration coming in at 90-95%, while the rest of the whey protein powders range from 25-89% total protein content. Isolate contains the lowest level of lactose, so perfect for anyone that is lactose intolerant. Benefits of Whey Protein include: helps support a healthy immune system, supports heart health, helps with maintaining a healthy body weight & composition, promotes muscle growth, loss of body fat, reduces the risk for breast cancer in women, helps control blood glucose levels & helps prevent muscle & bone loss older adults. Whey Protein, more specifically Whey Isolate is extremely important, for those reasons. Remember that protein is the building blocks of muscle. If you are dieting or looking to bulk up, Whey protein is your best friend because it provides your body with all of the amino acids it needs to promote ideal health results from workout/training, it's low in calories, carbohydrates, fats, cholesterol & very convenient. The more protein you eat the more muscle & if you are dieting you will be able to keep more muscle. • Why Whey isolate over a Whey concentrate? Whey concentrates are about 80% protein and are the most economical per gram of protein. Most people buy whey concentrates. The remaining 20% is junk you are adding to your body such as FAT!!! Now, Whey isolates are about 90%-95% protein, making them even lower in fat, carbs and lactose. Whey isolates tend to have a slightly cleaner taste, a more watery consistency, and are more expensive than whey concentrates. —————————---------———————————— PROS: ———-----———————————————————— • This is 100% Whey Protein isolated. • I was offered the French Vanilla, which taste really good. • 4 flavors to chose from. • I purchased the 1.8LB but they also have a 5lb available. • I always make my shakes in a blender so mixability isn’t an issue for me but for the sake of this review, I mixed 2 scoops in a shaker cup with 8oz of Almond Milk & the mixablity was very good, which leads me to my next pro.. • This is absolutely 100% instantized! • Did NOT bother my stomach whatsoever, so has Digestive Enzymes which is extremely important for me. I have used this several times now & not once has my stomach been all jerked up! • This is Ultra-Filtered & any top of the line Whey would make sure the Whey is carefully micro-filtered or Ultra-Filtered to remove any harmful bacteria. The Whey will pass through a special micro-filter & immediately after, bacteria & spores are separated. This process also separates any denatured (altered/cooked) whey proteins from undenatured proteins so that the result is a high quality whey protein rich in alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin (two special proteins found in whey that have immunological benefits) and low in fat. Un-denatured whey proteins obtained in this manner also have better solubility, which means it dissolves easily in any fluid added to it. • 22g of protein per scoop which is a the standard amount. • 2g of carbohydrates which is VERY low. • I spoke to an associate at Legion & I found out they get their Whey from Glanbia is the #1 global nutrition company. • Hormone free. • Pesticide free. • NON GMO. • Gluten free. • Sugar free & No Sweetener (Uses Stevia). • Made right here in the good old USA for those who want & try to support this country. ————————————————————— CONS: ————————————————————— • They do not list down the Whey protein micro-fractions & do not even list the breakdown of any of the nutrients! Why do I think this this important? As many of you know, I am not a fan of supplement companies not fully disclosing ALL their nutrients or listing them as a proprietary blend. I want to know exactly what I am putting into my body as should you! With that said, Whey protein is not one single protein, it is several different types. During the process of making a bucket of way, a lot of protein can be denatured which means it could lose a lot of different types of proteins —————————————---———————-— Final Assessment: ——————--———————————--———— • So I am extremely impressed with this “Legion Whey Protein Powder”!!! They hit a home run with this product. The PROS I listed are amazing, to say the least & the CONS I listed are really no big deal-breakers at all! I am really did enjoy the taste of this french Vanilla. • I mentioned at the top of this review, I use and have used the best brand & I have to say, I still will never stray BUT, I will definitely add this one to my purchase list when I want to change things up.… it is that good & I NEVER said this about any others Whey Protein Brands & i’ve had some good ones. —————————————---———————-— Personal Note: —————————————---———————-— • Buying a respectable brand is actually extremely important because many companies are selling a container of Whey Protein Concentrate as isolate & unless you ran a analysis on it or really know your proteins, you probably wouldn't even know you were using a cheap form of WPC until you started gaining body fat, started feeling bloated, getting gas, etc., and not getting the results you wanted from using this stuff. You would be surprised at how many companies do this! Great tasting flavor, tastes just like s'mores to me! No tiny marshmallows but the flavor is definitely there. Mixes easily and no weird aftertaste. Definitely recommend and would buy again!

French Vanilla does not dissolve. Ive used a shaker and a blender. No matter what I do it is clumpy. Peanut butter chocolate! Amazing! I will be going back to that one next. Tastes good. Good Value. This is told to have legit protein. (not nitrate loaded). Will keep buying.

Legion Casein+ is the best flavor and consistency after all when mixed with plain low fat or whole milk yogurt. Whey+ makes plain yogurt runny with clumps (casein+ combines smoothly every time) and too sweet. Lastly, the zip lock is not functional on the bag I've received, let's hope that's an exception. On the positive side, it is still a good protein content as listed, natural sweetners only & no stomach issues or chalkiness. Edit: After a few experiments with yogurt to powder ratios, I found that it does mix well with greek yogurt instead of regular and is less sweet. Additionally, the customer service for the company is amazing. They reached out and offered options to help. They stand by their product, and I respect that.

Great protein powder, nice and smooth and flavorful

Decent taste, no stomach upset. Mixes well and serves as great base for protein rich shakes or baked goods. I enjoy adding sugar free vanilla pudding mix to improve & maximize flavor. Will buy again.

I mix this with my instant espresso and oatmilk for a protein coffee. This is DELICIOUS. Even with just water or milk. Exactly the taste I want in my protein.

I’m not new to the protein game, but I am new to Legion. I found this brand on TikTok and decided I’d give it a try. And let me tell you, it was the best purchase I’ve made in all of 2025 (I also purchased the casein and it’s equally incredible). The first selling point for me is where they get the dairy, from legitimate grass fed cows out of Ireland- and its third party tested Second selling point: The transparency of their labeling, no proprietary blends, and the use to natural ingredients! Which means no food dye and sweetened with stevia and I think monk fruit- But I’m someone who has autoimmune issues and foods can really trigger a flare up so I try to be highly intentional Thats what made me purchase. Those reasons and the following is why I will not buy anything else from here on out! The consistency is impressive, in the past I’d need to use a milk frother to blend a protein into my coffee- here I half assed it with a whisk and it was perfection. The powder it self reminds me of powdered sugar that’s how finely milled it is. The taste, is impeccable! I have only had it so far mixed in my coffee and really the primary way I intend to use it. I love it, I’m not saying that as someone that is trying to act like protein coffee is the same as coffee and creamer. But honestly you could probably fool yourself into not noticing a difference! Packaging: I actually appreciate the fact it’s in a bag and not a tub, it’s less cumbersome and can go into the cabinet a lot easier. The scoop is a decent size, I’d say it’s what you typically would expect- and it was right on top! Iykyk I think the value is understated, it’s roughly $2 a serving! If you’re being intentional and trying to meet a daily protein goal then this feels like a no brainer. Especially if you intend to use it in your coffee. My personal Starbucks order is over $6 So an incredible protein coffee at home you get more bang for your buck- I can’t speak to digestion fully just yet, I do have a highly sensitive stomach and other proteins would bloat me almost instantly but I have not had that at all! All in all I couldn’t recommend this protein more- in the past I was an affiliate for a different well known company and I walked away for various reasons. But the actual product related reasons I had issues with, this protein not only meets the expectations but far exceeds them Last note, I don’t typically write reviews, and I definitely don’t reach out to brands. But here we are I took one sip of the protein this morning and instantly emailed Legion directly just thanking them for such a high quality product and here I’ve written a novel. So yeah just order it

There was a flash sale, we needed more protein, and I figured why not try a new brand. ALL of these were great. I mix with 250 ml water, add ice, and top with 1/4 cup milk. Stop trying to add your protein to coffee unless it's iced. Protein powders aren't meant for hot liquid unless specified. Also, keep your expectations in check. This is a STEVIA Sweetened product. Don't like stevia? Don't buy this. It's not for you. Also, these aren't milkshakes. Don't expect them to taste like one. If that's what you're looking for, dont buy these. They're not for you. However, if you're looking for protein powder sans sucralose or aspartame, legion is a great option.

I bought this because it was one of the few 'cleanest' protein isolates available. It grass fed, non antibiotic etc... It has good high protein. I don't have a sweet tooth so found it very sweet but not 'saccharine'y'. I mix it with another unsweetened one I bought to balance the sweetness. It mixes well without clumping. Have used it only for a couple of days but I think it works. Unbeatable fantastic price on save and subscribe!

I loved the unflavored whey for its versatility and mixability . I particularly like mixing unflavored whey with other flavors that are too sweet. A solid product. I’ve tried many of the flavors. The salted caramel and birthday cake are good (both were repurchased). I’m currently using the cinnamon cereal flavor and it’s delicious — possibly my favorite flavor. I’d repurchase. Chocolate was also decent. I should mention that Legion has the best customer service around. For that reason alone, I’ve repurchased from them many times.

This is my regular go to protein 👍 all flavours are fantastic, i have tried all of them. Highly recommended

Great taste, natural sugar, I am always conscious of the sugar in the protein powder as having your protein count is great but if you have sucralose with it, it defeats the purpose. So this brand is great and the whole family enjoys its taste
