Shimano Lever Cover ULTEGRA ST-6800 Black

Fit perfectly. I didn't realize how stretched the ones on the bike were until I put on these replacements. If yours are rotating while riding, it's time for new ones. Of course 3 weeks later I wiped out and it tore one, so I had to buy them again, but they're cheap and fit perfectly, so no biggie.

Went on great. Nice and tight fit. Hope they last.

Purchased to replace some very worn Ultegra 6800 hoods. (Well, right/rear is Ultegra 6800, left/front is Sora 3000 replacement for the broken ultegra 2x). These hoods fit perfectly (even on the Sora 3000!). Pro-tip - use isopropyl alcohol to put these hoods on when replacing. The alcohol will make the hoods slippery enough to muscle over the shifters and into place, and then evaporate! (for safety use PPE - eyes/gloves/mask if you don't want the alcohol on your skin, or breathe it). Great replacement hoods! Shipping was very quick, they arrived in Shimano packaging - all outstanding.

On multiple forums, as well as this product page, people have claimed these hoods are a suitable option for Dura Ace 9000 shifters, but they aren't. Why not: - The side nubs of the hoods will not fit in the sides of Dura Ace 9000 shifters. - the top nub of the hoods will not fit flush with Dura Ace 9000 shifters. - The top of the hoods will not look aesthetically flush with Dura Ace 9000 shifters. - These hoods are narrower than the body of Dura Ace 9000 shifters, which makes all the above worse. Yes, these hoods will slide on to Dura Ace 9000 shifters, but so will just about any set of hoods. So, no, these are not a solution for Dura ace 9000 shifters. However, these are good quality hoods, and I can confirm they fit Ultegra 6800 shifters just fine. 4 stars

Never thought about replacing the hoods. I live in TX so after about 10k miles the heat ruined my old ones. So, I bought these installed them in 10 minutes and they are good as new. Buy them if you need them.
