Can I use this in a normal diffuser with the reeds?

Yes, Loews' Bright Sunshine is used at all Loews Hotels, including Royal Pacific in Orlando. It is the same fragrance oil they diffuse in their lobby.

Is this the scent that is used at the westdrift hotel in manhattan, beach, ca?

I am not sure if this scent is used at that location- This scent is used at Loews Hotel!

Could I add this to wax to create wax melts?

You can try, however we have not tested this fragrance oils for wax melts so I cannot be sure. Other customers have tried though and I never heard anything bad :-) I hope this helps
