I'm 45. My cancer is in remission. It brought on my Life Change, all the way this year. I am an Herbalist. I've spent many years going up to the mountains of Colorado collecting my own. I've moved, and no longer have that luxury. I say this because I want you, the reader, to understand this, I Know My Herbs. This product, Internal Harmony Menopause Relief, has been AMAZING for me!! I know the herbs that are in it, and, judging by the way I feel, I know they are amazing quality, and are doing their job! There is next to no studies done on our woman changes....and the headaches, the tiredness, the just not feeling right..or..off, as we say...this has been my little miracle. My family has noticed the change in me...I've had so much calmness, and just a feeling of Happiness...that I haven't felt in a very long time. Hormonal rage is a real thing, and this has helped! Night sweats have been GREATLY reduced, and even if you just need some balance, especially in the menstrual department, Chasteberry is PERFECT for that, too. I LOVE this product, and I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this. It has the perfect blend of awesome herbs, for a BEAUTIFUL price. I just couldn't be happier with this little miracle. 🥰🥰 And yes, some herbs can take a few days or up to a a week or two, our bodies all metabolize in all different ways. Been looking for a new supplement since my old one was discontinued during Covid. This is great and helps most of my perimenopause symptoms. Not quite as super as my last one, but the closest one I’ve tried. More energy, sleep better, aids some in peri m anxiety. It also makes hot flashes less intense so far. I’ve been taking almost 2 month.

I have tried just about everything out there and this is by far the best. I also take a DIM supplement. I have been taking it for years and this is the only one that I haven’t experienced any ‘fatigue’ with. It continues to work as well today as it did after a few weeks of taking it. Hot flashes are minimal now. Night sweats are gone. Mood has stabilized. I haven’t noticed any change in libido though. But over all this stuff is a lifesaver!

This product has great ingredients but it wasn't right for me. It caused an increase in hair loss and headaches. It did help to stabilize appetite and maintain weight. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue taking it because of the headaches.

I have been using Internal Harmony for nearly a year now. At first I thought the immediate results were because I wanted it to work and that they would soon wear off. After about 3 months of no night sweats, no headaches, no trouble sleeping or composing myself, I started to just take 1 pill one day then 2 the next. In my opinion, these are expensive so I wanted to save money. After a while I just took 1 pill a day and did this for several months until I started noticing the hot flashes coming back and my mood swings picking back up again. I decided that I wasn't going to put my well being on hold and began taking the required dose again and within days felt so much more myself. I haven't tried a lot of other products because this has worked so well. Until they don't work anymore I will continue to take these supplements. I have let several of my friends know about this product and will continue to do so.

This product did not work, plain and simple. There’s no miracle product for hot flashes brought on by menopause. I’ve tried everything and the only thing that works is prescribed hormones but they have so many side effects that it’s like playing Russian Roulette with your life. There is one product that works my night sweats and it’s Natures Bounty Menopause AM-PM, but only the PM pill works at night. I still get the hot flashes during the day.
