I was prescribed B complex from biotics by my provider and i felt a sudden change in energy levels and mental clarity. i take one tab daily and give it to my teen son too, i see a huge change in his energy levels and focus too. The taste is great, does not irritate your stomach and is worth your money

This isn't the stress level of B Vitamins but is good quality and amounts for every day use. I only add 1 per day to my normal multivitamin/ mineral since I seem to need a bump up on the B Vitamins every day even with a good overall healthy diet.
