Oneida Wordsworth Flatware 45 pieces (Service for 8)

Absolutely love just how beautiful the Wadsworth floral pattern is in person! The design has a lot of fine details. The flatware is a nice size and weight, it feels good in your hand. Beautiful mirror finish too. I wanted something fancy enough to look good next to my bone china, but also able to use for every day too. I think that the quality is excellent for the money and love the hostess or serving set too. (Especially the sugar spoon!) You do have to consider that these are only 18/0 which means they have no nickel content. Great for those like myself who have a nickel allergy. Bad for the lifespan of the finish. Over time, (talking 10+ years) if left sitting in water for a prolonged period, only ever washed with the dishwasher-eventually you will start to see staining, pitting and the mirror finish will dull. **Oneida does not recommend 18/0 flatware for those who live on a coast. The salt air will destroy the finish As far as I am concerned, you still get more than you pay for with this set. 10/10 would buy again

I purchased this set 11/29/24 and began using them 12/26/24. They were a Christmas gift for my wife and she loved them. She really liked the shine and classy look. Unfortunately, after a month, all of the knives in the set are displaying varying degrees of rust. Unfortunately, the Amazon return window closed 1/31/25. I was prompted by Amazon to contact the manufacturer. I called and was told by the agent that the manufacturer doesn’t warranty rust and because I bought the silverware from Amazon, I’d have to speak to Amazon about a refund or exchange. I explained to her that the Amazon return window had expired. She replied that my only option is to email a complaint to the manufacturers customer service inbox. No specific department or attention to anyone, just a generic inbox. I told her that seemed pointless because it doesn’t address the fact my family is still left with using rusty silverware. I said I’d have to leave a negative review detailing my experience and she told me to do so. I was rather stunned by the whole experience. She was unapologetic and seemed indifferent that the company she works for is selling junk. I got the impression the company is so big that my one star review wouldn’t really matter. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING OFFERED BY THIS COMPANY.

Beautiful set. My husband had a single fork from this set in his drawer when I met him. And I loved it. For our anniversary this year we got the full set. They are very well made, do not bend easily. And hold their shine well. And do not scratch easily. They wash well in the dishwasher, I recommend not using the heat dry. Fork on the left is original to my husband. Right is from new set.

I was very happy to fine this Oneida flatware. I all ready have this pattern, but needed extra pieces, because was having 20 guest and wanted to use this flatware. They are very elegant looking.All,I can say you can fine anything on Amazon .

I absolutely love my new silverware! It is weighed just right and it is so shiny and beautiful! It made my table stand out at the Christmas Tea party.

Grew up with this Oneida Wordsworth style silverware as a kid (52 now), NO RUST! The set was handed down to me at 30 while in the Navy with NO RUST! Military move lost the set in 2011. So this pass fall 2025, I seen the exact set on Amazon. Ordered it immediately. Received the set, unpacked the set, hand washed and hand dried the set before first use. EVERY SINGLE BUTTER KNIFE, 2 SPOONS AND 1 FORK RUSTED!!! All within 24hrs of being washed!!!! Called Oneida to ask why the rust. I was told its not a manufacture defect, would not be covered under warranty caused I washed the silverware with Dawn soap and the Wordsworth was only 18/0 stainless steel and it will rust. 18/10 is what I should have bought so they didn't rust... Why on earth are they selling silverware they know is going to RUST!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Worth every penny. Excellent shape and gorgeous design... entertain to your hearts content. Love them.

I was looking for the longest time for a beautiful, romantic cutlery set. Everything these days is so plain and ugly. These are just perfect! I’m over the moon!!!

I am so glad I bought this set. Wanted something fancy for everyday use and this fit the bill. It is sturdy and Quality is good, comes out of the dishwasher looking like new. After using this for a month it’s retained the shine and I just love the look of it.

Despues de leer muchos comentarios y en mi busqueda de unos cubiertos, elegí Oneida Wordsworth, y no me arrepiento. Leí las indicaciones de sus cuidados. Los usamos dos días seguidos. el lavado es a mano con una esponja suave y con shampoo para bebé, ya que no debe ser abrasivo el jabón, y yo creo que por las fechas, yo no pude encontrar el jabón adecuado para plateria y cubiertos. No tienen manchas de agua y el brillo igual. Para el secado es importante con un paño de microfibra. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Voy a comprar otro set.

This beautiful Oneida silverware service replaced our every day silverware of 26 years. It has a nice weight in the hand, no sharp edges or corners and compliments either of my three china place settings. It is a service of eight with serving pieces. We are delighted with our new silverware!
