Great for Asian Cuisine
I had been searching for sweet potato noodles for several Vietnamese stir-fry recipes and was delighted to find these on Amazon. They came well packaged and were not damaged. Many reviewers noted they did not like the texture, but these are not designed as a replacement for wheat noodles, but are more prominent in Asian cuisine. If looking for a gluten-free substitute for standard Americanized dishes, it's best to consider corn or rice pasta. That being said, these noodles are excellent and received rave reviews from my dinner guests!

Healthy Carb pasta option...
This stuff is great...it makes a lot though, so split the pkg if you're only cooking for 1 or 2. I'm on a low carb eating plan - and sweet potato starch is better than regular potatos.

(It's a great meal for getting your kids to eat their veggies
The only oriental groceries where I live are about a 40 minute drive away, so I decided to order these from Amazon so that we could have jap chae on a more regular basis. (It's a great meal for getting your kids to eat their veggies!) They seem to be fine quality, my only complaint is that the package size is slightly too large for my family of 4. I wish it was either a little smaller so that I could cook the whole thing at once, or a little larger, so that I could comfortably divide it in half. Instead I usually cook the whole package and am left with more noodles than veggies which doesn't make a good left over.
