Fast shipping.Great product.Great company .Highly recommended. This essence has a nice whiskey taste with a nice finish.I age it in Masson jars with charred oak sticks for two weeks then finish it in my barrel.

This is my second batch. I've been using LeClaire (Iowa) Distillery Artisian Spirits. 80 proof with a surprisingly complex taste for a grain alcohol not labeled or flavored like gin or vodka. I am topping off the 250 ml with the Irish I have on hand rather than try to figure out the essence bottle proportions. I sampled the first batch often, it moved from a Bushmills to Jameson type flavor. This one I'm leaving alone for quite a while to see what happens!

The shipping box was undamaged, however when I took out the essence you could see that the seal had already been broken and then taped back up. Also the box is wet and one of the containers is missing some. I am not happy 😕

Use a good quality vodka or alcohol to get a really smooth top quality rye. I’ve tried other rye essences and found these to be the best.
