I read this book following a recommendation from a friend. Glad I did! I've since added a new income stream to my business and am looking to follow up on much more that Simon Zutshi has to offer. Excellent book.

This is for anyone who has ever bought an house and thought about investing in property. Easy to read and understand and gripping at all levels, weather it be your first property you buy or adding to a portfolio.

There is nothing in this book that hasn't been written in years past, in hundreds of other real estate investment books. The only difference is understanding some of the British terms, values, and laws that do not convert well into American English, values, and laws. There was no mention on Amazon that the Author's background is investing in real estate in the United Kingdom and not the United States.

For would-be property investors who want to have a more comfortable retirement or just to create an extra source of income this book is an essential read. Property Magic is a very insightful and well written book documenting all the experiences of Mr Zutshi and other members of the Property Mastermind Programme. Enabling you to learn from their experiences and giving you the confidence to embark on a property investing journey of your own!

Great book! Easy to read and a nice introduction to the topic. Some reviewers were critical about the authenticity of the chapters on ethics. I have since been to a pin meeting and I would say the approach to the ethics is genuine as they want to be different from the many non-ethical property investors out there. Yes, he does sell his courses etc to some extent but I still think it's a good intro to the topic.

This book is a must if you're looking to learn about property investment. I'm only 19 with currently 0 investment properties, trying to educate myself. This is the first book/resource I used when learning about Property and I wouldn't have done it any other way. Still listening to Simon's weekly podcasts, watching his YouTube videos and currently on a 101 Deal Sourcing webinar. 100% Recommend
