Don't pay attention to all the negative reviews . Most of them complain about negative spraying abilities, you can't shake it and you can't tilt the can be on 45°. The only ingredients are EVOO and oxygen. I bought this numerous times and never had a problem cheaper in most grocery stores.

Ordered this Pompeian organic olive oil spray, and the first thing I noticed was how light the can feels—you almost think it’s empty. But once you start using it, it actually lasts a long time. The spray comes out evenly and gives good coverage without overdoing it, which helps control how much oil you’re using. It does a solid job keeping food from sticking, and I like that it doesn’t leave any heavy residue. The no-propellant design is a nice touch too. Feels a little cleaner compared to traditional sprays. For the price, it’s a great value since a little goes a long way. Even though it feels light at first, it holds up well over time and does exactly what you need it to do.

Love the flavor! Wide spray zone! Non aerosol spray! Works also as a salad dressing substitute with a few quick sprays and salt n pepper. That’s my new go to for low calorie but optimum taste on salads and of course in the skillet with cooking. Definitely ordering more !!

The spray has very easy use, and it sprays pretty evenly. You can hold down on it and spray or you could just do a real fast spray just to make sure you’re pulling in less fat and less calories. I’ve discovered my love for oil sprays, and the fact that I realized you don’t have to use a lot of oil to sauté stuff. The whole recipe is about measuring oils are behind me because just a little bit of oil sprayed in the van goes a long way no more measuring out what they ingredient say of a tablespoon and then I have probably more fat than you really need. So yes, it’s healthy fat but the benefits of just having less fat in your diet. In the fact that you do put in your diet is healthy is really great.
