Very good quality chair. Easy to assemble three parts with mechanicals all pre-assembled. Better than other similar chairs and much higher value for the money. Nice firm seat but with a slight bucket to keep client in place. Looks professional and high-end.

This chair was easy to assemble and works great so far. The seat is very wide.

Base of chair was sticking out of box and box was laying on its side on front porch, because of that the base rubber ring was slit open and it’s so big its not that easy to just return! Plan gluing it down hopefully that will secure it enough!

Does not rotate easy at all! If you’re looking for shoulder surgery at the end of your beautician career this is the chair for you.

I did just received these Salon styling chairs today they came perfect. Not hard to put together, they seem nice and sturdy, to accommodate the bigger clientele. A lot of the salon styling chairs only hold 330 pounds and this one said that they can hold to 550 pounds. I was in need of new salon styling chairs for the last couple of years. My first thought was to buy something used, but the price for used chairs that only held 330 pounds was almost the same price as these brand new ones. I can’t wait to try them out tomorrow.

It squeaks & makes a loud noise going up or down with or without a person in the seat.

I chose this model mainly because of the weight capacity, wide seat, and reasonably priced. They are very easy to clean with no cushion crevices to hold hair. The chairs appear to be comfortable (no client complaints), stable, and the hydraulics work well. Though the boxes were in bad shape when the chairs were delivered, none were damaged. Granted, there's nothing fancy about them, but they work very well, accommodate larger clients comfortably, and are holding up very well in a busy salon. My only complaint is the footrest. The footrest is sturdy but, because the chair is wide the footrest is wide as well. It would be nice if the footrest was T-shaped instead of U-shaped so people wouldn't bump into it every time they sit down or have to negotiate it when getting out of the chair.

Seat is comfortable but seller is definitely is overselling the weight limit. We have had no one near the 350lbs yet the base is popping with any movement (looks as if it’s bending) and chair always feels like the pump in locked position when trying to turn.
