Would This power a 12v 100w stereo? Look at using it in the hot tub cabinet 220v to 12v to power a round marine gauge stereo.

I believe it could power your stereo as long as it's 110v to 12 v. but not 220v

The unit vibrates when I plug it in, but to test the unit, my meter shows 0 volts. How do I get 12 volts?

Hello, this led driver will vibrate. It may be that the capacitor in this led driver is burned out when the power is turned on. There may be two reasons for the capacitor burning: The first reason may be that you connected the input and output terminals of the led driver in reverse when wiring, the input terminal is black (liver wire), white (neutral wire), green (earth wire), the output terminal is red (positive electrode) and black (negative electrode), and the output terminal should be connected with lights or other electronic equipment. The second reason may be that the voltage at your input is not between 100-260 volts. If it is not the above two reasons, trouble returns. Thank you
