This book reads very poorly (typos, terrible grammar, poor descriptions found throughout book). It most likely was written by a guy who researched the info on the internet, and decided to write a quick book about it and sell it to anyone who would buy it (like me, what a mistake!). Don't spend the money, as there are many free websites aout there that can gie you the same information). Not worth the money!
