They're good for dance - my son uses them for doing knee slides!

This item is poorly designed & bulky, not sized correctly for children and very uncomfortable to wear

Comfortable and excellent for dance
I bought these to protect my knees when doing any floor based dance. Normally knee pads come off or slide down however these have grippy material on the inside which means they stay in place! I wore them for an hour any only had to slightly adjust them twice. I also hardly noticed they were on.They are comfortable and well padded and also look good!
