Like guidance in use & tips

Mom hated it.
I bought it for my mother because she wanted some different recipes. She didn't like it because it called for too many special ingredients. She wanted simpler recipes that could be made from stuff in the cupboard. I returned the book because it was suppose to be "used like new", but the cover was severely bent. Amazon should have NEVER sold it. I guess my time to repackage and ship doesn't matter.

Great book with some great beginner friendly recipes. Has some amazing recipes and been air frying away.

It’s a nice book but not a lot of useful recipes for entrees.....at least in my house.

This is a book for the US market so the quantities are not metric and no equivalent given.

Very American, but not bad.
Beware all the temperatures are in Farenhight and measured in cups. Not difficult to convert to a sensible scale, but indicative of the style. There is a good conversion table at the back. Oddly the food breakdown is in grams 🤔. The tips are useful.
