INVERY DockLinQ Pro 30 Pin Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter Receiver for Bose Sounddock and Other 30pin iPod iPhone Music Docking Station(not for cars)

I picked up the INVERY DockLinQ Pro to breathe some life back into my old Bose SoundDock, and honestly, it’s done exactly what I was hoping for—with a few small caveats.First off, setup couldn’t have been much easier. It’s basically plug-and-play: dock it into the 30-pin connector, pair it via Bluetooth, and you’re good to go. No apps, no complicated steps. Within a minute or two, I was streaming music from my phone like the SoundDock had Bluetooth built in from day one.Sound quality is surprisingly solid. I was a bit worried there’d be some noticeable drop compared to a wired connection, but for everyday listening, it’s more than good enough. Music sounds full and clear, and I didn’t notice any weird compression artifacts or lag. It handles both music and podcasts well, and even videos stayed in sync without obvious delay.The Bluetooth connection has been stable in my experience. I can leave my phone in another room and still get uninterrupted playback, which is something cheaper adapters often struggle with. It also reconnects automatically when I come back into range, which is a small thing but makes daily use feel seamless.Build-wise, it feels decent—not premium, but not flimsy either. It sits neatly on the dock without wobbling, and the design doesn’t look out of place. That said, it does stick out a bit, so if you’re picky about aesthetics, you’ll notice it.If I had to nitpick, the price is a little on the higher side for what is essentially a Bluetooth receiver. Also, there’s no onboard controls, so everything has to be managed from your phone. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.Overall, though, it’s a really practical upgrade if you’ve got an older Bose SoundDock gathering dust. Instead of replacing the whole system, this adapter gives it a second life with modern wireless convenience—and it does so reliably. I’ve been using it daily since I got it, and it’s quickly become one of those purchases I don’t have to think about anymore, which is probably the best compliment I can give it.

Has given a new life to my old Bose Sounddock portable. Fast connection and excellent sound quality. No Bluetooth drop-out during use. Bit expensive for a Bluetooth receiver but works well.

I have an old Philips portable speaker which is excellent in terms of the sound quality and bass it produces, so good I don’t want to get rid of it. However it had the old 30 pin Apple connector on it. Previously I had been able to use a converter to the Lightning socket with older iPhones but it still meant you had to get up and change your songs when you wanted to.This is a fabulous device as it simply links your iPhone via Bluetooth. On testing if worked first time and I was rattling off some 80’s hits in no time. However, it was working fine one moment and then suddenly i couldn’t change the volume using my phone! I had to drop my Bluetooth connection and reset it and it was fine again. Bit weird and not a big issue, but it lost a star because of the slight flakiness of the connection.

Best 3rd party Bluetooth for Bose sound dock series11 available. Works out the box - brings back that amazing quality sound - BUY IT!

Bought this exact same one 2 years ago and it worked great. Then it broke, and I bought another one to replace it, thinking it was the exact same one. Just scrolled through my previous ordered and ordered it, although once I received it, it looked the same. It didn’t perform the same, it kept making a thumping sound when the track skipped to next song, thump when there was a pause between tracks and then another loud thump when there was no music playing but I received a notification. I got in touch with the INVERY customer service and told them about the issue. I also mentioned that the device felt lighter than the previous one, and asked whether they’d changed the interface. They advised me that it had, however I would have to order the older version off their official website and then contact them to ask them to send the older version. It was parlava I couldn’t be bothered with. They should have mentioned they had changed it and it no longer works for my Bose Sound Dock Portable. I just ordered another brand in the end.

Excellent product, so far. Took longer to unpack and quickly scan the instructions, than to set it up!

Very pleased with this product I've had my Bose speaker for 20 yrs and was so pleased to be able to play music of my mobile phone instead of my ipod the quality is great.

Pues funciona perfectamente.Estaba buscando una solución para aprovechar mejor esta base, pues no tiene entrada auxiliar, y lo cierto es que buscaba algún adaptador de cable, pero este adaptador bluetooth funciona muy bien (al menos con iphone 12), sin las interrupciones de sonido que había leído en alguna otra reseña.Un saludo.
