how warm are these boots? are they lined?(specs don't say so.)

These are a fashion boot, not a work boot, hunting boot, or hiking boot. They have a waterproof membrane that keeps water out but they are not insulated. So how warm are they? Plenty warm for going from the car to the office or a restaurant or a store even at 0F or below. At freezing (32F) I'd be comfortable all day. At (0F) I'd want a pair of insulated boots, especially if I wasn't going to be moving constantly (hunting from a stand). But insulated boots are going to be bigger, heavier, and clunkier.

Do this boots run big?

I usually wear either a 9.5 or 10 in a WIDE width....these boots were too big in the 10 Wide but perfect in 9.5 Wide. Hope this helps.

Same as Rockport's waterproof Storm Surge boot?

Very similar boots, there may be some inner construction of these two that could be most of the difference.
