is the Nicrew dimmer/timer compatible with interpet led aquarium lighting?

I have Fluval led lighting. Works fine. Not sure about interpet..

Does it work with Allpondsolotion brand led lights?

I cannot confirm that, however I attached it to a 72cm non named, LED-SMD-Aquarium-Fish-Submersible-Tank-RGB-White-Blue-Light-Bar-Lamp-Lighting, and it worked perfectly. Little tricky to set up timings at first but not awful, now comes on/off just as required, nice long leads too.

Is this suitable for the lovefish/insight panorama 64l tank, does it fit inside the cover under the hood? is it waterproof as condensation gathers in

I've no idea about the specific tank you mention but this is designed to sit OUTSIDE the tank. There will be a lead which comes from your lights to the power supply. This is intended to sit between the two. You need a light which can disconnect from the plug, then you plug that lead from the light into this, and this into the plug.
