Will this fits my mercedes benz ml350 4matic 2015??

It will only fit if your ML originally came with the Air Balance option from the factory. The atomizer is designed to work in conjunction with the Air Balance option.

Is it possible to use it in any other car? Can I just open the bottle and drop a few drops on the carpet ?

if you order the perfume freeside mood or any of them you will not be able to open the jar. you can purchase the jar and put your own perfume in it. it does not work in any car but the MB. thanks.

Pricey, but relaxing smell. I will use an alcohol free perfume when this one runs out. It's unreasonable to charge $120 for such a small amount. Designer perfumes cost less than this flacon!
