This product is well made and the instructions are concise. I bought this model because it comes with the case. Arrived quickly but the case was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller by email and within 15 minutes they responed. They sent me a tracking number for the replacement case that was just shipped to me. This is how customer service should be.

The septic checker is a great tool. It saved me from a needless septic pumping when I could see for myself I had plenty of use left before my next pump. I also had an issue with the stopper cord where I was losing my seal. (Can’t day it wasn’t user error). When I contact the seller via Amazon, I got a response same day with a replacement on the way! Did I mention I contacted them on July 4th? Great service!

This is a very nice product built with PRIDE! Just what we needed!
