Ok uniform shirt
Bought these for work but had to shy away from them. To me the sleeves seem a little too long and became uncomfortable. I guess someone with longer arms wouldn't suffer from these issues but unfortunately I did. I recommend them if you have longer arms.

Zip is very convenient
As a female, gaping button holes at work were the worst. With the zip I don't have that problem anymore. Zip does not fall, I work in a slightly labor intensive job (lots of bending and moderate lifting) didn't have to rezip at all. Button at top and bottom are convenient as well, though I didn't button top button for comfort.
