It comes with a little scoop, and I just mix one scoop in my 16-20 oz water bottle. It dissolves almost instantly, even in cold water – just a quick stir or shake and it’s good to go. No clumping. The convenience and economy of the 90-serving tub are great; it lasts me a long time (about a month’s supply or more for me, depending on how often I drink it) and is much more cost-effective than single packets. Best tasting electrolyte drink that I have found by far! My only complaint is that it’s a little small for the price but the scooper is also small so it may even out.

I love most of the Ultima flavors. Pink lemonade is my new favorite with Blue raspberry being consumed the most previously. I do hate that the price seems to be going up all the time without discounts available. When I started buying it 4 years go, it was around $35/container. Price point sucks but I pay it for the quality and taste.
