Dogs need a fairly high amount of calcium in their diet, especially puppies. Now, if you are only feeding your dog commercial dog food (like royal canine or pedigree), then he is more or less getting most of the Calcium & Phosphorous that it needs. But if your dog is on home cooked diet then supplementing it with calcium becomes necessary. If on pedigree or royal canine, i suggest you give your dog only one spoon a day; if on home cooked food follow the instructions on the box. This product does not make your dog hungry! Healthy dogs are usually hungry. Neither does this product increase your dogs height! It helps build strong bones & teeth, also other important body functions. Just be careful not to over supplement.

I got satisfactory results from this product.I am using it for my 5 months old American pit bull terrier. In just 2 or 3 weeks I saw the difference in bones. It also improved her height and made bones tougher and powerful.It is best calcium product for dogs.I must advice you to try it if even you are feeding your dog with milk and curd.I also feed her curd and milk but after adding beaphar Irish calcium I saw the difference.you should buy it now for your large and giant breed dogs

I’ve been feeding my cats a raw diet since they were kittens, and this bone builder powder has been an absolute staple in their meals. One of my cats had really bad digestive issues as a kitten — nothing seemed to help until I switched to homemade raw food. I use this powder to replace the bone content, and I’ve never had any problems since. Their digestion has been perfect, their stools are healthy, and they clearly don’t mind the taste as it mixes really well with minced meat, doesn't smell bad, easy to use. It’s fantastic value for money and a must-have if you’re making your own raw mixes for cats (or dogs which i have no experience with).

I didn’t like this product as it started growing mold after 8 days of usage. I have to buy another one but I am a bit skeptical to buy now.

The packaging seems different than in the online description. The ingredients are NOT listed. How can I know what I am feeding my pet? It only says "Ingredients: Minerals, Yeasts". Can I trust such a description?? Sadly I was looking for a calcium supplement, but with such opacity, this will have to go to return. Also, the package arrived warm. Aah, did not see that item is NON refundable. What a waste!!! I so regret this purchase!

I mix this with my homemade dog food as a source of calcium for their diet. Its white and chalky but my dogs seem perfectly ok with it and I add four large heaped spoonfuls to what makes four meal portions. They digest homemade food much better than kibble and adding this has no ill-side effects and I am hoping is good for them.
