Is it ok for hot climate like Florida state?

I'm in Texas, a lot hotter and less humid than Florida. It has grown well for me, be aware that this is coated seed, So the price per pound as compared to other alfalfa seed may be less, but you get a lot less seed per pound.

Are these 100 percent vernal alfalfa? I love vernal alfalfa sprouts. They are energetic, slightly bitter and taste like no other alfalfa when sprouted
