Cute costume!
I received the scarecrow costume on time. The felt hat fits well, and the ankle, wrist and neck pieces are well made and simple to put on and take off. The ankle and wrist cuffs slide on, and the neck piece ties in the back. It's a cute costume!

Removed one star for the smell of the hat when we first opened it. For my husband who doesn't like dressing up, to be able to throw these on for our Halloween costume (I was Elphaba and kid was Dorothy), it was perfect and good price.
