My 8 year old daughter saw this cart at a local shop where it was used in a child's play area. She fell in love with it and wanted one to go along with her toy cash register. So when we got home I looked on Amazon and was surprised at the price of the cart. I was thinking it would be a $30 or less item. So I searched all around and couldn't find a better price than the one offered here at Amazon. I thought about it for weeks before ordering. There were many other carts out there for less money but none of them got the glowing reviews that this little cart got. I finally bit the bullet and purchased the cart and I am so glad I did. My daughter plays with it every single day. She and her friends go "shopping" and fill the cart with items from our pantry. Then she rings them up at her cash register and bags them up and brings them "home" so she can put them away. It's a wonderful teaching tool as one day she will be a wife and mother and will have to do these things for real! She and her friends get so much enjoyment out of this toy that I am sorry I didn't get it sooner and all of the play time has made it well worth the money I paid. It's simple to put together, very sturdy, won't tip due to thoughtful construction on Melissa and Doug's part and it will be a toy that my daughter can some day pass along to her daughter. I think it will last forever as it's made from real metal that is very thick and strong. It seems like my daughter is going to be too tall for it maybe within the next year or two, but I honestly don't think that will stop her from using it! I wish they sold a taller version or could turn the handle into an adjustable height handle. That would be the perfect solution so that taller kids could use it. My daughter loves to put her doll or purse in the little seat up front as well. It's a great toy that gets and A++ review from this buyer!

I have owned many children’s shopping carts; and this shopping cart is hands-down the absolute best one I have ever purchased! Worth every penny! It is made of metal! Extremely durable!!! Extremely easy to put together (it’s literally four bolts)! I’m stuffing it full of my grand daughter’s gifts and wrapping as one unit!!! I wish it had a metal screen on the bottom like a real shopping cart to put more items, but nonetheless, this shopping cart is absolutely perfect!!! Excellent quality!!! I am very impressed!

My 15 month old LOVES this. It pushes around SO SMOOTH. It is a legit metal cart that will last a long time. Set up was easy. I want to use it at the stores but I’m just trying to decide how to clean the wheels when bringing it back in the house. I don’t want store germs on my house floor. For now, we’re just “shopping” with it at home. Everyone thought I was crazy for wanting this for my son, but he loves it!

Super toy for kids. It works well! And children can put their groceries in their cart! It keeps the children focused in the grocery store! When we have have multiple children in our home, I have had 3 of these shopping carts in our home!

So seriously, this is one of THE best finds! I actually did a lot of research for a play cart for Christmas last year and settled on the Step 2 one (green and white) because it said it was pretty stable. I have twin 3 year olds and an 18 month old (and at Christmas, a beginning walker at 12 mos), so I wanted something that would not tip easily, had room to hold "groceries" and a "baby". Well, I was actually pleased with teh Step 2 one and it is fairly sturdy...but soon, the girls all began to fight over it (their favorite imaginative play game is "shopping"...go figure with three girls). SO, I began looking at buying another cart. I usually buy the same exact thing to create less fighting, but this time when I searched carts I saw this one online. SOMEHOW, I had missed this cart last Christmas, even after hours of toy research. Nonetheless, I bought it on a whim knowing how please I have been with this brand in the past and I am OVERLY HAPPY with this purchase. It is SOOOO stable that I believe a beginner walker could use this without it tipping. The front wheels RULE as they turn 360 degrees so it is very easy to turn in any direction or back up (which is why you wouldn't be able to use it AS a walker...moves to easily and quickly). Also, I put this together myself in under five minutes. The baby seat part closes and opens so it just looks like a real cart. Of course, now my girls fight over this one so it looks like I will be buying a third cart after all. NOTE: one thing you MIGHT want to consider when buying this: It is very durable and of good quality which is good and bad. Let's put it this way...I have three dings in my stainless steel appliances from this cart...so we have a rule that it can't be used in the kitchen. If you are anal retentive about things being perfect (how one can be with kids, I am not sure--but, I am just saying), this might not be the right one for you. Honestly, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cart!!!

Very cute gift for my young niece. This is a great quality shopping cart. Honestly, it’s probably better quality than the ones you use at the grocery store. It rolls nicely. The only thing that I had to fix was the piece sticking down the middle of the cart. I had to cut it short as it was hanging on everything. But once I cut it, there were no more issues

So, I just want to say I've been owning this for a couple years now and purchased elsewhere, but wanted to share the fact that it's held up, and out of the several push walkers we've had for my now 2 year old, this was his go to and favorite..purchased for his brother. I could've saved nearly 200 and just used this when he was learning to walk. My kids are in the 95+percentile, and most walkers are aimed for shorter kids..and most toy shopping carts. My 2 and 5 year old still play with this pretty much daily. It's sturdy so no real fear of tipping..Just wouldn't encourage your kids to climb in it.

Our little one refuses to use a walker after her leg surgery. She was in double casts and very tippy. She’s age 5. We added a 5lb weight and we let her push around her dolly. She loves it. Definetly cute. Seems very Durable and well made. Good value for money. Our child is always using it now to get around after physio suggested trying it. Good ease of assembly. Husband put it together quickly Fun for kids who love kitchen stuff!

Excelente producto, calidad 100% y solo dos pasos para armarlo, es súper resistente e idéntico a un carrito de súper real pero versión niños. Mi sobrino tiene 2 años y el tamaño es perfecto para él, las ruedas se ven muy durables y no deslizan tanto como para que el niño pueda tener un accidente pero tampoco se atoran ni son muy duras para que avance, tienen un deslizamiento óptimo. Las tres patitas extra no tocan el piso, creo que son únicamente con la función de evitar accidentes. El carrito es súper resistente y se ve que va a durar años en buen estado, totalmente lo recomiendo.
