Quality product
I was severely anemic in the hospital. Started on this iron supplement and levels are now normal. Bonus: my hair is thicker

If you need Fe supplements, keep it simple
good tablet for the occasional iron boost. if you're a blood donor--which I suggest you become--the blood bank where I donate gives out iron sulfate for donors.
