There were no directions included. Does anyone know how to release the inner latch to get the glide out to adhere the 3rd screw securely?

When the drawer slide is pulled out all the way, a small lever will be visible.  Push that to the side and the inner glide will be released from the outer part.   Not sure that's clear.  I agree there's no instruction - all such slides work about the same way.  Hard to someone doing it for the first time.

Can thesebe installed bottom mount or underneath to use in a shelf to pull out ?  Want to put copier/scanner/fax inside cabinet, but need under shelf

How long are the screws?

They are about 1/2" in length. Bear in mind, that there will be a little less length in total from the metal slide itself. When I used this on my bureau, I had no issues at all, and they were a perfect fit. The quality of these slides is actually better than the originals I had, and they are smooth sliding, and quiet. They have a good amount of lubricant, so you may want to use some nitrile gloves when handling them to keep your hands cleaner. Most drawer slides are made to standards, and the screws that come with them are also of standard sizes, so no worries there.

Does this come with everything I would need to replace broken drawer slides or are there additional products I need to purchase?

It comes with 6 screws per slide which is all that is usually needed.   However, if your cabinet sides where the slides attach are thinner than 3/4” you’ll need to get shorter screws if you don’t want them poking out the other side.  If you have face frame cabinets you will need mounting brackets so that the slides are positioned to clear the frame when sliding out, or you can attach blocks of wood inside the cabinet to bring the slides flush with the frame.  A quick internet search on “how to install drawer slides” will give you lots of examples.
