Cups don't hold the suction. Solution?

I love this cupping set! Make sure the cup is level against your skin; you can't get suction if it's half on any of your bones. It works great in the center of your shoulder blades. You may need to pump a few times, if it's too tight, release & try again. Very important, the only cups that you can use are the ones with the red inserts. I don't know why they did not provide enough inserts for all the cups.Good Luck!

What is the difference between this cupping device and an electric cupping device?

The two principles are the same, the difference is that the electric cupping device is powered by a built-in battery, and the suction can be dynamic, which can produce better results, such as the HANGSUN electric cupping massager I use now.

can these cups be used for fire cupping?

Absolutely not. The fire removes the oxygen to create the suction. If you want to do fire cupping, get glass cups. These use the pump to create the suction. Using fire with these will destroy them.

The smallest size has an inside diameter of 22 mm and an outside diameter of 30.8 mm.
