Simple but Effective
The PStyle is basic and it works. I appreciate the smaller size because it fits into my backpack side pouch better, it weighs less, and the hard plastic cleans well/easily. Another brand I tried had a longer funnel you had to fold back to insert in its carrying case, which was extra work/extra touching the piece, and the funnel was made of a rubber material to allow it to fold, but that made it heavier and I donโt feel rubber cleaned as well as the hard plastic. The compact size is meant to travel yet it is adequate for the purpose. You just need to place it accurately. I recommend you practice using it at home so you donโt have to fiddle around on the trail or road side figuring out optimal placement on your body. It is not rocket science, you simply need to be familiar with your body and where to place the funnel so the liquid lands where it is supposed to. A couple of practice times and youโll have it. Also, I would keep my shoes clear from splashes by standing with a wide stance like a guy (same thing we do if we squat). Lastly, do a practice run while wearing the clothes you plan to wear when using it on the trail or traveling. I found some of my pant zippers are not low enough to allow me to keep the back of my pants in place covering my rear while pushing the front of my pants down low enough to insert the PStyle and hold it level. Elastic waistband pants are also challenging because the waistband typically wonโt stretch out enough to allow you to drop the front low enough to insert the PStyle without the back of your pants pulling down to expose half your rear (nullifying the whole point to standing). The PStyle is not the problem, it is the fit of womenโs clothing. Bottom line, you need to try it out with your clothing and figure out placement before you use it in public. I did not practice in advance when walking the Camino and belatedly discovered the mentioned challenges. Fortunately, I had access to bathrooms and I could skip using the funnel. I will need to use it on my upcoming Inca Trail hike, however, so I am heeding my own advice and my practice thus far has been great, it is easy to use!

Easy to clean
Very intuitive to use, just keep it held tight against yourself. It's a solid piece of plastic and I absolutely love that it's open so you can clean it thoroughly. It did leak the first time I used it but I realized it was just that I needed to pay attention while Iโm holding it and it works fine. So funny being able to pee like a man!

Absolutely the best!
This has been a total game changer for my health and hydration. I drive for a living and can't just pull over and go potty when I want. We work as a team (four of us run together), and I'm usually the only female. When we do stop so the men can "cool the tires" ... I was usually left yanking my britches down and hoping I didn't get seen (which can get me an indecent exposure ticket) or just dehydrating myself. I started looking into female devices where I could stand and go potty fully clothed. I tried 6 brands and absolutely love this one. I buy extras to give to co-workers that are willing to give it a try. These are rigid plastic, so the downfall of these is you can't fold it up and stuff it in your pocket to be discreet (like if you're going to use a nasty porta-potty). The problem with the soft/collapsible ones is... well, they collapse. When you are using it. Not good. There were other rigid ones. The one with the hose seemed handy, until you use it. You've got to seriously control the flow of pee or it doesn't drain fast enough and you fill your jeans. Not good. The hardest part about using these is teaching yourself it's ok to pee standing up. We go our entire lives NOT peeing standing up, so sometimes it's hard to "release" the pee and go. Once you become comfortable with this device, it's easy to "release". You stay fully clothed. If you're wearing jeans, just unbutton and unzip. Stick the pStyle into your underwear and (if people are around) pull your shirt back down to cover yourself. Push the device toward the back until it gets to the "V" basically stopping at your butt cheeks. The other end is obviously still outside your clothing. You do need to point the tip downward so the pee can drain out. If you have tight jeans, you might need to lean forward a bit so you can point it downward. When done, "scrape" the pStyle along your hooha all the way to the front, removing the device from your clothing. That wipes you, and it's better than using TP. Absolutely dry down there. I keep a package of antibacterial wipes handy that I wipe the device with to clean it and stick it back in the case I made for it. It's a good idea to either buy a case or make one if you're handy with a sewing machine. I made mine, and I'm not super handy sewing. The pee does splatter when it hits the ground (so hitting a weed or grass is good) and keep in mind the wind direction. This also works really well to stick the tip into a bottle and pee in a bottle if you need to. If I end up sleeping in my vehicle, I can get on my knees in bed and go in a bottle. Sure better than getting up and going inside a truck stop at 2am. This device has absolutely saved my health and sanity. Definitely worth the try. I've put these in all our vehicles, plus keep one at home in case the bathroom is busy.

It worked! No practice needed!
[ Note: The case cost extra. I wasnโt happy about that aspect but itโs well made and worth it. ] Plain and simple, pStyle works and I canโt wait to use it โin the wild!โ I have knee problems and am unable to squat. And, Iโm a believer in hydration! So after some research reading customer reviews on similar products listed on Amazon, I settled on pStyle. Mostly because it was simple, took little space, and seemed doable without assembling parts, or dropping undergarments. It also seemed that a harder, less flexible material would provide a better seal than silicone. I received my unit today and decided to go for it. And not in the shower. I brazenly stood at my toilet like a man, did my business and not even one drop went astray. First try. (I was careful to follow some of the helpful tips in the reviews from people who have used pStyle successfully.) How happy am I? As happy as a full water flask in my hands and a full badder near a forest. UPDATE: Everyone should travel with this! It saved me in Europe and the Middle East many times over. No accidents, no leakage, I could pee like a man in the wild without exposing myself. Wished I had it along at Target last night when the toilets had run out of TP!!!

pStyle + $1 make up case from Dollar Store - perfect!
After reading some very detailed reviews, I was about to purchase a different FUD that was fully enclosed on top, but decided on the pStyle after reading many comments about it being easier to place and not wet yourself - kinda important! The unit is a hard, dark pink plastic, semi-flexible. I see no metallic flecks as described, but I wasn't planning to accessorize with it, so that's fine. I used it once so far. It was easy to use and was practically dry after using it. A shake, a rinse with some water and you can toss it right back into the case and be on your way. I didn't buy the case and never considered it. I went straight to the dollar store and found quite a few choices in cute designs. The case I purchased is gold and pink, with a wristlet type strap. It fits absolutely perfect and it's very cute. I can easily throw it in my backpack or use a carabiner to attach it to the outside. The plastic moulded pStyle is costly enough without doubling the price for a carry case. Happy womanly whizzing!

Surprisingly awesome
Alright...Normally I don't write reviews on account of me being lazy but I figured for something as cool and useful as this, I should. Let me preface by saying I am in NO WAY an outdoors man, not an avid one anyway. My boyfriend, however, would be a mountainman if he could and he drags me out on all sorts of adventures (hiking, camping, etc.). My biggest problem (and fear) was always the bathroom situations when we go out; "are there bathrooms there?" "Will I have to piss outside?" Fast forward to me buying this little doohickie...GAME. CHANGER. Super easy to use, didn't have to pull my pants/underwear down to my knees, DIDN'T piss on my own shoes, my mind was blown! I felt liberated! I felt ALIVE! I was ready to tackle any and everything! And I drank SO MUCH WATER. Ugh. We were in the desert too, so hydration was crucial. I got to piss behind rocks, bushes, trees, you name it. Didn't even have to take my pack off, just unzip and go, AND not irritating to the sensitive bits. I suggest "drip drying," wiping with a kula cloth if you got one, or gently brush the brim of the pstyle against you to catch those last few drips. But if you wanna get fancy, do a little shake of the PUD and a cute little wiggle of the hips and you're good! Should knock loose any remaining tinkles. The only thing I would critique however is it does get a bit annoying to have to always rinse it out after use; I mean, hygiene is key of course, but having to dump water into it just became a chore. Sure you can shake it out or even wipe it clean with a kula cloth, but whatever method you choose, be sure to wash it with soap and water once your back home. Tldr: Thing is awesome for pee peeing outside, works around clothes, and you will feel like a whole new person if you've never experienced the joy of peeing on the go. Rinse after every use or wipe clean, but use soap to really clean that sucker after a weekend of roughing it.

GAME CHANGER FOR OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
As noted by my lady: This product is seriously a game changer! Iโve been streamlining the products I pack with me. Iโve never had an issue with squatting & using the restroom but have always been intrigued by these products for colder months or times when Iโm a little weary of swatting on the trail. Iโve previously tried go girl & did not like it at all. It had a tendency of overfilling no matter how careful I was. Cleaning it was a little tedious too. Did my research & came across this product in a hikers blog. This product mitigates any overfilling as it fully open on top, & since it is open, itโs rather easy to clean also. Going to pair this with Gnara Go There Pants. I just love that it just makes the process of using the restroom outdoors a little easier. Altogether great find!

Freedom!
I was resistant to buy a pStyle or similar product for a long time. I was proficient in squatting to pee outside and didnโt really see a need for a pStyle. I donโt remember why I decided to try out a urination device but after looking at all the options out there, I settled on the pStyle. I tried it out for the first time at home standing over the toilet. Of course, I was worried it was going to be an epic fail with pee everywhere. To my surprise, I was successful on my first attempt and got all the pee into the toilet. I was amazed that by scrapping the pStyle forward it wiped away all urination drippings and I didnโt need to use any toilet paper. I tried it outdoors for the first time a couple days later. I had arrived at a parking lot to meet some friends for a hike and had to pee with no bathroom in sight. I was able to walk just a small distance away and stand in front of a tree and pee. I was hooked for life thenโฆlol! The freedom to be able to pee with out exposing myself and without the need to find complete cover via trees and bushes was life changing. I now understood the freedom my husband and brothers always possessed. Also to be able to not have to carry or dispose of used tissue was awesome! I canโt say enough about how much I love the pStyle. I have used it for almost a year now and own two of them. I have never had one accident or pee dripped where I didnโt want it to go. I keep one in the car at all times for use when out and about. The other stays in my travel/hiking backpacking for outdoor use. I will probably buy a third to keep in my everyday purse. I recently went into a porta potty and I saw the menโs urinal on the wall and it was incredible to not have to sit down on the questionable porta potty toilet seat and just stand and pee into a urinal instead. I want to keep one in my purse for public restrooms so I no longer have to worry about dirty public toilet seats and struggling with paper liners or having to lay down toilet paper before I sit to pee. Also I think I will be able to get in and out of the bathroom much quicker like all the guys out there. If you are on the fence on whether you actually need a product like this, you do!!! I tell all my friends they need to get one and canโt rave enough about the freedom to pee with privacy when and where I need to and the ability to feel more sanitary in not so clean public restroom areas.

In in doubt - just buy it! It's a lifesaver and is the best "shewee" device available. And I've tried many....

Easy to use
Easy to use and wash off. I keep mine in a cloth case in my car, in case I find myself in a remote area.

Must have for all types of outings!
I bought this for my fishing trips. It does take a few attempts to master but once you do, peeing outdoors will be so stress free! Didnโt have any overflow issues at all. Highly recommend this product for all outdoor activities where toilets/clean toilets are unavailable!

No leaks!
No leaks from first use, this is so much better than the leading brand. I could not get used to a similar popular brand and was too worried about leaks to use it. This one is so well designed that it just works, every time. The shape is just right that even at peak flow nothing escapes. It is a little bulkier and doesn't fold up or come with a pouch but these are all small sacrifices for something you can be confident using anywhere.
