The pull on this brush is crazy for a soft and big and has really good grip quality is top notch but bristles do fall out but you will be good in a couple days these brushes last years to worry.

First of all this thing looks amazing like a work of art but the brush is very soft you can tell it's quality I will definitely buy this again works very well waves right away. 😊

I gotta say, I hate the color of this brush. I really wanted the the Torino Pro #17 with that dark green and longer bristles, but it is sold out here. However, this brush does deliver as hoped. Super soft, great pull, your waves will be laid with this brush no doubt. Its a great brush, i just cant stand the color. I was able to get my hands on the Torino Pro #17 and that brush is amazing, the color and pull are great, but not as soft as this brush. So if your looking for a super soft curve brush, this is the one to get, if you can deal with the color.

Did not help me get "waves", however, it is quite a decent quality brush. Should be a LITTLE cheaper... it did shed quite a bit and all... however it does do a decent job of smoothing out and filling in my hair when it needs to be brushed.

I recently cut my hair to begin my wave journey, and decided to try the TP#1990. This brush will definitely be my go-to brush from a fresh cut to wolf week 2 (I’ll see how far I can get with the pull tho). This brush is good for those who are tender headed or sensitive in certain areas of the scalp. Using the brush was very gentle on my scalp and I can feel it pulling hair in place with each stroke. For comparison, I also have a TP#193 which is a soft brush—the TP#1990 is waayyy softer as a medium brush. But each brush firmness has its place. But when it comes to those with scalp sensitivity, etc. this brush was a good choice. Try it out.

I decided to splurge and bought this brush after searching for months to find a solid wave brush. I'm a 40 something year old pro waver who is serious about getting my money's worth. I've tried other brands...but when I came across the Torino Pro line, it has been game over ever since. I also bought the Torino Pro Hybrid for my wolf sessions (you need that brush to compliment this one!!). I follow my one to two hour brush sessions (no pain no gain) with the hybrid with this one. The pull is great and can be used in all of my waver stages. My waves lay down flawlessly. I use the King J Wolfing Du Strap #2030 (works better than a regular du-rag with no annoying knots when you need to sleep in it) after my brush sessions for it's super compression properties. This Torino Pro brush lays my waves down and keeps them connected. the idea with these brushes is to brush vertically (straight down and straight across the top of the head from back to front) for great connection. I really didn't see great connection when brushing sideways or at an angle, but then again everyone's hair is different. I know my review is long, but just wanted to get my point across. Stop wasting your money on cheap brushes, get the Torino Pro line brushes!!! And remember, their brushes ARE NOT for shower brushing (for those giving negative reviews about problems while using in the shower), read the instructions. Use a cheap plastic wave brush for that.
