Didn't know I would love this product so much. So comfortable, a perfect swing to read in or just take in the day. Fairly simple to put together. However, I would suggest two individuals for assembly.

The instructions indicate this to be a two person assembly but with determination one will accomplish the task. It would be an easier assembly if there were written instructions along with the drawings. Assembly completion is the reward! I had a question before I began and customer service was very quick.

I really love the idea of this two person swing. However the execution of it could be improved a bit. Enjoy the fact that the chairs swing independently however, caution in seating yourself. First time, I almost fell as the seat kept going backwards. Should be a caution somewhere that you should hold on to the seat or frame. Customer service was excellent as our canopies were coming apart at the seam and they replaced them quickly.

We love this. You've only had it for about a month, but are greatly enjoying swinging on our deck. It's nice to have two separate chairs instead of one bench so we can each swing at our own pace. We will probably bring them in for the winter to make the cushions and the chair mesh last a little longer but it seems pretty sturdy so far. It was as easy to put together as any other porch swing is, which is to say that it took some figuring but two adults were able to do it in about an hour.

The swing set is very nice, the seats are very sturdy ,the quality of the swing looks pretty nice , but the problem is , the frame,is "off balance" literally by one in half to two inches. This swing frame does not touch the ground on one side. I'm a little disappointed because that means I will have to take the whole thing apart and put it back in that big box and go through the hassle of sending it back so I'm going to just think on it. When I make a purchase I would like all parts of it to be correct and of great quality including the balance! And I sent the seller a message and I haven't heard back yet😒. If the seat was balanced I would have gave them four or five stars

I put this together with the help of a friend, it didn't take too long to put together. The assembly instructions were just pictures, no written instructions or explanations, you would think, being a man, that would be perfect, but it was actually a little confusing. We put a couple of pieces together backwards or upside down and had to take it apart and put it back together correctly. Once it was assembled, my friend and another neighbor both liked it so much that they wanted to know where I got it so they could get one for themselves. My wife absolutely loves it. I did make 1 modification to it. I bought a couple of pool noodles and cut them in half to slide over the arms on the swing to make nice soft arm rests and add a little more color to the swing. I highly recommend. I just got it put together a couple of days ago so, I can't comment on durability but, it is comfortable to sit in and swing.

The way this swing was packaged was very careless and created a not so desirable product. I've ordered heavy metal products before (not from this company) and they always put some type of foam padding to prevent scratching, denting and damage. The metal edges cut up the plastic feet scratched the cup holder trays . There were scratches on most of the metal pieces. One of the arms was missing the plastic end cap that connects the spring. The rivet nuts came out from the back of one of the swings before I could even slightly tighten the bolt and one of the swings canopy was not sewn properly . These two were due to poor manufacturing and quality control, not packaging. I did choose to keep the swing because the thought/idea of trying to repackage and send it back would have been a nightmare.
