Absolute godsend!!
What an absolute godsend. My 18.5yr old cat has just been put onto tablets and after a week she’s feeling so much better she would rather rip my face off and bite through my fingers than let me tablet her the traditional way! Got this to see if it works and so far so good, she falls for it every morning. She needs 1.5 tablets daily so the one gets broken down into halves and she also gets one little ball of just the putty as a treat, so 4 in total. And none have been missed or spat back out. Smells quite strongly but clearly smells and tastes good otherwise she wouldn’t eat them. This pack contains 4 packets each containing a small log of putty and I’ve used about a third of one in 3 days so I think one little log will last at least week. Not too expensive, but sooooo stress free it’s worth every penny. Really easy to use, really malleable and pliable and wraps the tablet well. Cannot recommend enough: even if your cat isn’t an absolute menace for tablet times, it takes away any stress whatsoever.

Literally a Lifesaver!!!
This stuff is amazing. My little rescue cat has a heart condition and suddenly will need several tablets a day for the rest of her life. I was struggling and messing about with the tablet crusher. It takes ages, she can detect it and refuses and some of the tablet is lost in the preparation. This wonderful stuff, you just pinch a little bit off wrap it around the tablet. Make a shape of a Dreamies, then give the fake Dreamie with say 4 other Dreamies in a pile. She wallops it down! And she has no teeth at all, so shows it’s easy physically eat. Honestly this putty stuff is brilliant. Please, please give it a try. I know it seems expensive, but it will last absolutely ages. Weeks, I mean. I have put it in my normal Groceries list and will never be without it again.

Small but mighty big life saver!
Firstly, my only "con" is that you don't get a lot for the price, I may get back to this to update but I estimate this 4x 10g is going to last me approx 4-6 weeks to give my cat her meds twice a day which is going to add up over time. Having that said... I am more than happy to pay the price for the ease with which she's now taking her tablets! It was stressful and time consuming, I tried to hide within food but she got wise to that very fast, leading to me having about 3 or 4 different flavours of cat food/treats open at any given time in the hopes to distract using flavours. Always having to sit and watch her eat to make sure it had been taken or not (time consuming especially on busy mornings). Resorted to using a pill popper on occasion which was stressful and unenjoyable for her and me. She is now happy to take her meds just wrapped in this like they're a treat. It's a small bit of extra faff to wrap each tablet but still far quicker than having to supervise her meals and then manually give it to her if she'd "eaten around" it. It's easy to use, just tear off then mush a pea-ish size portion to soften it and then wrap around tablet. I have bought the single packet (1x 10g) in the past for my other cat for a short term need and from that experience I am glad it is in small packets, any larger than 10g and I think it would likely lose its texture before you've finished it (it goes oily and overly soft although still usable but I'm not sure of shelf life once open?). My little lady cat is now on long term medication however so I don't forsee it not getting used up in time. I use a peg to fold it closed. I'm very very glad this product exists, and I pray my cat continues to like the flavour, I do wish that you got another packet or two more for the price though as its not cheap considering what it is. Definitely worth a go if you're struggling with giving cat meds. I have not had a cat refuse it yet, admittedly I have only had to give 3 cats medication, and only one of those on a multiple times a day schedule. I think that's still a decent acceptance rate though!

Tasty but beware, it's sticky!
My cat has a bunch of meds to take so I tested these out with one of the bigger capsule pills. The pro is that she was very excited to eat it, which is amazing for a cat with diminished appetite. The con is that it got stuck to the roof of her mouth so I had to wrestle her to scrape it off with my finger because she couldn't unstick it herself and was starting to gag, so watch out for that. I'm going to reserve these for my other cat who will actually chew her food.

Life Savers!
My cat is on a 2 week course of antibiotics possibly longer with trying liquid first which was horrendous so we switched to tablets….what a nightmare! My cat would eat around them even hid in her favourite lick-e-lix….she would do everything not to eat them which was so distressing for us! I read about these and seen the reviews on here so gave them a try….just wow! My cat gobbled them straight up which I cried with relief and she has continued to eat them with no problem! These are life savers!!!

Great idea ..... If your cat isn't smart
The putty is a great idea. However my cat can smell the pill inside and won't touch it with a barge pole. If you have a less smart cat. I am sure it will work.
