I love the design of the ear buds. They fit very comfortably within the ear and stay in. The sound quality is good for the price. I'm very picky about the sound quality of my headphones and these are okay sound quality but they are cheaper than others out there so I think the quality is on par with the price. The packaging it came is was very nice and compact as well. It came with several different sizes for both the in ear part and the attachment. It also comes with a good quality drawstring bag to travel with them in which I love. The cord is unique and I haven't had any trouble with them getting knotted. Overall very great product for a nice price.

These worked great for a few weeks and then the left side quit working. They started working again, but have to adjust left side to 100 percent and right side to 50 percent volume to listen properly. These are excellent sounding, but are prone to problems. I have two sets of these and both encountered the same problem. I'm sorry that I bought these. When I purchased these, they had the highest rating on Amazon for corded ear buds. Now the reviews are not so good. It looks like these work great for a short period of time and then are JUNK! Now I have to find how to redeem my squaretrade policy. Painful, depressing experience.

sound is very good. I don't like the retentive rubber accoutrement, but it's easily removable. Really I thought the ed16 sounded very slightly better, fit better, and stayed in my ear very much better.

Purchased headphones on 1/4/19 and sounded great! Was very happy with product. 3 months later, plug them in to laptop and left side stops working after an hour of use. Contacted manufacturer to request replacement while under manufacturer warranty. I have not heard a word from them and it is extremely difficult to locate the number to call customer service. 3/18/19 - Heard from Customer service and they are willing to send replacement, which is outstanding. I'm hoping that it was just a random defect and the replacement will last me a couple of years. However need to wait 15-20 days for them to arrive. Once they do and I try them out, I will revisit and adjust my review accordingly. I'm hoping to go from 1-2 star rating to a 4 star rating. Would give 5 star if able to ship via UPS 2nd Day.

Unbelievable sound... Especially for the money. These outperform my beats headphones.

These are average earphones. They are wired and need to be attached to your phone (no bluetooth) which is trending away from normal these days. They are a little pricey for how average they are. Sound quality is okay. Nice to have on hand for when you're out and want to escape into your own world for a little. I keep some in my purse for when I need a break from reality.

Great headphones.

Bought these for use at the gym. Used them for less than 3 weeks before the left headphone completely blew out. I have absolutely no idea why this happened, there is no apparent physical damage to the headphones. Pretty disappointing because the sound quality was pretty good. My last pair of headphones was less than half the price and lasted me a whole year before breaking.
