A good thing is that it doesn't break so easily but it is really itchy.

I have use this several time in a week and although it did produce more sweat to the area, I am not sure of the effectiveness of it. I wrapped myself at night and slept with a waist trainer on as well to keep it in position. By morning it was rolled up :-(

This product was super easy and very simple to use. It’s not complicated and very self explanatory. It doesn’t roll down and doesn’t rip. I use this during the day and night. Works both ways!

There is really no smell to this. It was the perfect size wrap to use at night before bed. I noticed a difference with my boating when I used this consistently.
