Bedingt empfehlenswert – Sichtbare Artefakte im Druckbild
Die Rollen tun mechanisch erst mal, was sie sollen. Allerdings ist die Fertigungstoleranz bei meinem Set recht hoch. Ich habe sie gegen die Originallager getauscht, um das Gantry zu verbessern, musste aber feststellen, dass ich mir damit "Vertical Fine Artifacts" (VFA) im exakten 2-mm-Rhythmus der Riemenzähne eingefangen habe. Messungen mit dem Messschieber am Bauteil und Vibrationsmessungen via Klipper bestätigen, dass die Rollen unrund laufen und der Riemen auf den Zähnen "aufreitet". Für einen Präzisionsdrucker oder High-Speed-Mods sind sie leider nicht geeignet. Ich werde sie wieder gegen hochwertige CNC-Pulleys tauschen. Wer billig kauft, kauft hier zweimal, wenn man Wert auf perfekte Oberflächen legt.

3d Printer fixed
My Anet A8 printer started making rattling noises I hadn't heard before, but couldn't quite figure out what was causing them, though clearly had to do with movement on the x axis. Not long after that, it froze up so it was easy to figure out one of the pulleys wasn't working. I ordered this to replace it and it's restored to normal function. Now I have 4 spares for backup parts.
