No, I am allergic to echinacea, making me very careful with labels. Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigre L.) 50 mg, Extract (Berry) standardized from 3.2g (3,209 mg) of premium cultivar ekderberries, 2 gummies per serving, 60 gummies total in bottle. Sugars 3 mg, Vitamin C (absorbis acid) 90 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) 7.5 mg, Sodium 10 mg

do these have added sugar or artificial sweetners?

These contain sugar. But if you need to watch your sugar for some health reasons, Sambucus also makes a sugar-free syrup. I’ve purchased it, but we haven’t opened it yet. But I do know that the sf syrup is sweetened with sorbitol.

What are the ingredients of the gummies?
