I love this stuff, great flavor. I have no problem mixing with my frother. I was skeptical, but it’s worth every penny. I will be buying this again.

I knew that getting a powder mix would not come close to using fresh, but there are times when you can't make fresh, if you don't have a turmeric root or ginger root on hand. Even those of us who make a point of having it in the house can't always guarantee availability (and we only purchase organic.) I was very pleasantly surprised to find this powder nicely powerful, very sharp and a clean, clear accurate taste, close enough to when I make this with fresh roots -- something I didn't expect. Yes, I would buy this again, and I think it would be great for taking with you when you travel.

I enjoy golden milk at bedtime. It's comforting and I know that these ingredients are all natural. I heat almond milk and stir in the powder. Some nights, after a bad day, I'll make a bigger mug than usual. It just makes me feel warm and cozy inside. I do miss the taste of cardamom that I have in the other brand of golden milk I have, but the easy prep makes it worthwhile and I don't miss it enough to stand at the stove every night, timing the boiling, etc. and have to clean the pot.

This product comes in a small, reusable bag. A quarter of a teaspoon in hot coconut milk is very calming and delicious at night. I appreciate the fact that it's organic. Highly recommended

If you like Golden lattes, healthier steel cut oats, healthier smoothies, you need to purchase this. It just brings a whole new flavor to boring oats and smoothies and is so good for the body. It contains turmeric , cinnamon, ginger and black pepper, which activates turmeric, and other spices. If you are health conscious then you already know what these listed ingredients do for muscle pain relief and for digestion. Every one is different, but I can testify to the fact that I do not get Charlie horses, (muscle cramps) since I started taking turmeric and using it in my favorite recipes. This is my opinion, ask your doctor if it would work for you.

This is a decent unsweetened golden latte mix. I’ve tried other mixes and this one has a lighter taste with more herbal/ floral notes . I have tried it hot, iced, and in matcha. I sweetened it with honey or with vanilla and I always use oat milk. Neither of these really wowed me. It’s not bad, I will keep it and finish the package but I can’t say that I’d buy it again.

This product is amazing as for pain relief I cannot speak on it yet since this is my 2nd cup of ✨️golden milk✨️ but the flavor IS amazing. I was nervous at first because a lot of people say there is too much of a peppery taste and although straight out of the bag it does taste a little interesting, its not bad, but I can see why it would not be pleasant to people. My solution was to add about 2 generous tablespoons of honey and use a milk frother to stir it all up and make it nice and frothy. You can purchase a milk frother on Amazon for like 15 bucks. :) It is a really great drink. I find it very comforting first thing in the morning. Don't hesitate give it a try! :)
