Great sauce with a sweet hot flavor
This is my favorite sauce to have on hand for daily use. I add it to almost everything. It has a somewhat sweet hot flavor, but not overly hot or mouth burning. It is flavorful and versatile. The only complaint I have is that I can't get it locally and have to order it each time I run out.

Perfect for eggs
Love this with all of my breakfast sandwiches and eggs, perfect hint of heat but good flavor. I don’t handle heat well and this was the first adventure into hot sauce. I have built up tolerance since then and can handle spicier things, but this is still my go to for breakfast

Sweet not spicy. Versitile
This sauce enhances lots of things: great on a hamburger; even can be part of a salad dressing. Very good on grilled cheese. The onions come through nicely and blend smoothly with the fruity peach. It is not hot (picante). The downside: It's pricey & all too easy to use a lot in a short time.

I first had this sauce at tiawana flats. They no longer buy this sauce . So I bought some for myself . You know I had this little knee boo-boo got blood on my jacket. Look at. But anyway, so then.

Best sauce for a ham samich you ever had!
Well FireHouse did away with its sauce bar. This sauce literally was the only reason I used to eat there. It’s not hot but the flavor is right on point. Slightly sweet with perfect blend of Valdalia onion and garlic. Can’t go wrong on most any sandwich but it pairs especially good with ham.

Really delicious with the sweetness, moderate spice, but way too expensive!
This is an awesome dipping sauce! It is sweater, slightly citrus, and so mild in hotness that I would put it in a separate category from a standard hot sauce.

Great Sauce
Great hot sauce, subtly sweet with peach flavor, great Vidalia onion taste and a little kick to follow it. No garbage ingredients, all natural.
