I bought this for the intended purpose when I need it. I just used it to see how it felt and this thing is amazing! My skin is usually pretty soft but this took it to a different level of soft. Even my feet feel 100% softer. I'll be using this daily before my showers. I've not used it on actual tanning yet. UPDATE: Although this is amazing at exfoliating before using the self tanner, it has nothing to remove the uneven spots. It only worked when the tanning was fading and almost gone. So it is great at prepping and removing when the tan is almost gone, but not for newly tanned skin. I still think it's a great addition to softer, smoother skin and all around smoother looking tan and would recommend for that purpose but not for it's intended purpose.

First off, I have extremely dry skin regardless of how long I soak in the shower and oil or lotion. Second off my elbows and the backs of my ankles too stay flaky no matter what I do and third, I have always kept those rough, bumpy patches on the backs of my arms and the sides of my thighs. HOWEVER, within only 2 uses of this glove/mit, I'm joyed to say that is no longer an issue for me. This glove is outstanding in every aspect, I no longer have an issue with the bumps or the left over dry and itchy skin ANYWHERE I use this glove. I DO suggest you soak in the shower/tub for 5-10 minutes in nice warm water first, and you DO NOT have to scrub your skin hard with this ( please don't do that ) proceed to use this glove in a circular motion anywhere you need to rid of dry or excess skin or bumpy skin areas and make sure to lotion or oil directly after drying off when your skin is still " damp." This glove is more than worth the money, it's the holy grail of skin exfoliation, and a total plus, it saved a HORRIBLE first fake full body tan disater! It took two goes and some serious shower soaking and patience but I will continue to use this glove.

This is not going to remove your self tanner at all. It’s a great exfoliating product but that’s all it does

Really enjoying this mitt! I bought it for exfoliation rather than removing tan, and it's doing a great job so far. I always have a nice scrub down near the end of my showers after my skin is softer from the water, and I can see little rolls of dirt + skin coming right off. The mitt is made of a scratchy material and is not super soft - but this is expected if it's going to be scrubbing off dead skin. I would recommend it for everywhere, but to be gentle or avoid sensitive areas. Getting another one for my partner!

as long as this doesn't tear anytime soon I really don't get the bad reviews on this. Took of my tan completely and is way way easier to use than those Korean towels with just an indent for your fingers. I've thrown this in the wash several times and it's held up
