Not suitable for 3mm facial dermals
I really struggled getting these under my dermal top, nose was too thick so had to file them down. When I did manage it the hole was slightly too big and the dermal plate twisted under the skin as I tried to undo the top. I gave up, not wanting to antagonise the piercing further and potentially tear my skin. Maybe update the listing with nose thickness and hole width.
