Liquid gold for your garden
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Liquid Gold for Your Garden—Without the Awful Stench! If you are on the fence about switching to an organic fish and kelp fertilizer because you're worried your backyard will smell like a rotting pier, buy this bottle right now .I’ve used cheap fish emulsions before, and those definitely require a clothespin on your nose. But GS Plant Foods uses a cold-processed blend that is totally different. It just has a mild, earthy, marine scent when you mix it, and the smell completely disappears within a few hours of watering. My neighbors haven't complained once. Here is my honest breakdown after using it for a full growing season: The Pros: The 7-Day Turnaround: I had a couple of stunted, yellowing pepper plants that were struggling. One week after a root drench with this stuff, they pushed out dark, glossy green leaves and a ton of new blossoms. Zero Burn: You cannot mess this up. Unlike synthetic chemical fertilizers that will scorch your roots if you mix them too strong, this organic formula is incredibly forgiving. Built-in Weather Shield: The added kelp is the secret weapon here. My tomatoes usually wilt and drop flowers during our brutal July heatwaves, but this year they held strong and kept producing. The Cons / Things to Know: Even though the smell is mild to humans, neighborhood cats and dogs can still sniff it out. Pro tip: water it deeply into the dirt so pets don't try to dig up your fresh soil. The Cap: The bottle arrives sealed, but be careful pouring it. It’s a thick concentrate, so use a dedicated measuring spoon or cup to avoid spills. Final Verdict: This is hands-down the best all-in-one organic fertilizer I’ve used. My veggies are bigger, my flowers are thicker, and it's completely safe for the environment. A single gallon lasts forever because you only need 1 to 2 ounces per gallon of water. Worth every penny!

No explosions 🙃
32oz of a putrid looking brown liquid, that smells like a dirty fish tank. After reading the reviews, I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this; since I hate smelly substances. But I’m growing potatoes for the first time in pots and every container gardener that I consult with stated that my crop will need a shot of phosphorus on a semi-consistent basis and that the best source was fish and kelp. I’m writing this review just after applying the substance to my plants, so I can’t speak in its efficacy yet; I will however update accordingly. Likes: Easy to use and easy to follow instructions. 2oz of fertiliser to 1 gallon of water. That’s 4 Tbsp: 1 gal, simple enough. The bottle arrived in a sealed plastic bag, (image attached) which would contain any minor spills that may occur during shipping; and the bottle was sealed with one of the easy to pierce foil seals inside the cover. Based on the mishaps that occurred in previous reviews, I opted to pierce and remove the seal first then recap the bottle and gently tilt the bottle upside down/right side up, for a minute or two before reopening. The contents were mixed accordingly and there was no explosion. Dislikes: It does not smell like a fish hanging out in the sun all day, with proteins slowly denaturing *shudders* but more accurately, a dirty fish tank. Although the smell is bearable, after applying this fertiliser to my potatoes and herbs; houseflies started swarming all over my beautiful babies. I wasn't happy about that, but will have to get used to it. I also applied a bit to an indoor avocado plant. After spending 30 mins. inside with the windows open, my room smelt like a dirty fish tank. Once again, I was not happy, my avocado plant is now outside...the poor thing. From shipping to application, the process was seamless. Stay tuned for how my plants have received the fertiliser.

Magic in a bottle for young trees
Had 2 young trees planted in front of our house, they were expensive (800 each) and didn't get any significant growth the first year and a half. Was very concerned because I didn't want to have to wait forever for these trees to gain some size. Tried pruning the bottom branches to encourage growth, saw no results. Bought this fertilizer and mixed 4-5 tablespoons into a used milk jug and poured it around the roots. Absolutely stunned by the results within about 5 weeks. Trees looked like they grew maybe half a foot or a foot taller, could see more branches sprouting from bottom, could see flowering (little gem magnolias), and new leaf growth. After about 7 weeks I applied again. And 7 weeks later again for last time this year. Absolutely ecstatic about these results in ONE growing season. Will apply again next year and try to get as much growth as possible. I have no idea what they put in this stuff but it truly does work. Shake bottle and just drop some into an empty container and fill with water, mix around, and apply. Wonderful product, just make sure (make REALLY sure) you don't get any of this stuff on you, the smell is mind-blowingly bad. I've applied this to new trees and bushes only. Its like magic.

This GS fish & kelp plant food is phenomenal
This fish & kelp liquid plant 🌵 food has far exceeded my hopes. No plant ☘️ food that I have ever used has caused such a rapid & clearly visible growth increase. The magnitude of the profound growth increase which this causes has been stunning. Seriously. Today I am ordering my 4th gallon. The amplified growth when using the fish/kelp formula over the past years on my cherry tomato plants & indoor plants has stunned everyone who sees my plants in person. I start with plants available locally. Due to the immense size & yield that I am growing these cherry tomato plants to, 🌵 I get the same variety every year. And I get the most robust looking & the largest plants I can find. With this fish & kelp formula, my cherry tomato plants grow to 12+ feet. The first year of testing this combination formula -- I grew one plant to 14' 7" . Yes, I did. That is 14 feet, 7 inches of high-yielding, really enjoyable fruit production. Organic plant growth. In 2025, three plants yielded thousands of cherry tomatoes. THOUSANDS ! And at the end of the growing season I was forced to harvest all remaining tomatoes before the frost lands where my plants live. I pick & later rinse/dry each cluster of green tomatoes -- which are then sent to retire & ripen inside of brown bags -- when they decide to ripen.. The reason to relate all of this -- is this: At that last harvest in 2025, between just 3 plants, I still (then) picked 380+ green tomatoes !! People are shocked at seeing these tomato plants. They are SO tall & loaded with tomato-clusters that I have to anchor the stalks to 7 foot tall garden guide-rod spikes to which I add a 3 foot extension. I also have to use a stepladder to tend these plants. Thanks have to go out to the producers of this astounding ORGANIC plant food, GS Plant Foods. So... Thanks for this stuff !! "High Performance --- Naturally!" written on my last bottle. I don't think that i could be more emphatic in my recommending this. My reorder is going to be placed momentarily. Review written 4.2.2026

Wow! Great stuff. No more purple leaves.
I started some tomato plants extra early to test out my soil mix and my new lighting system. Over the years, my tomato plants have almost always had a problem with purple leaves. I tried fish emulsion in the past, but I only watered the soil with it. I didn't realize the effect it would have by spraying it on the leaves. WOW!!!! Like they say in spanish: "de la noche a la mañana". I sprayed this on the leaves at bedtime and by morning the undersides of the leaves were all green except the veins. 24 hours later the veins are green. There's almost no signs of purple anywhere. Only the lowest part of the stems have purple that has faded to about half what it was. I always wondered how the pros got such green plants. This is it! I will be starting my 'real' tomato seedlings near the end of this month (March). I can't wait to see how much better they'll look. And as for the smell, yeah it's fishy but not that bad at all. I don't mind it. After diluting it, it's mild. Not nearly as strong as a newly opened can of tuna. That's kinda the trade off for organic fertilizer. The smell goes away when it dries. So I say, "get over it". The benefits far outweigh the temporary smell. 2 tablespoons per ounce comes out to about 1 teaspoon per 22 ounces for a spray bottle. Spray the plants in your bathtub to avoid getting it wherever you don't want it.

Best fertiliser I've ever used.
My pants love this fertiliser. It has an odour which goes after a few hours, but don't let that put you off. I tend to use it every two to three weeks and my garden is blooming. It's value for money for a great product. I found it easier and quicker to dispense with a fertiliser hose attachment.
